Ingredients
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., herb) d.e. titrated to 0.5% in vitexin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) d.e. titrated to 0.42% in valerenic acids, bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; maltodextrin, California poppy (Eschscholzia Californica Cham., herb) d.e. titrated to 0.2% in protopine, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: fatty acids, colorant: calcium carbonate.

Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily with a glass of water or other suitable liquid, shortly before going to bed.
