A dietary supplement composed of various phyto-complexes rich in natural serotonin precursors and other pharmacologically active principles, whose synergies contribute to supplementing and balancing situations of particular need, such as stress and reduced resistance to pathogens. Serotonin is a neuromediator responsible for a balanced mood, involved in numerous physiological mechanisms. Chronologically, its level can be lower in the evening hours, during the premenstrual period, in mood disorders with a mildly depressive tendency, which are often counteracted by eating sweet foods, during menopause in women who experience unpleasant symptoms related to changes in hormone levels and sudden mood swings (hot flashes, profuse sweating, tachycardia and unmotivated crying).

Ingredients
Rhodiola rosea; hypericum perforatum; avena sativa; chromium.

Directions for use
1-2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using the product, as hypericum extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The expiry date refers to the product in an intact package, correctly stored.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sources of heat, light and humidity.
