Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) dry extract, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) dry extract, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil, Ginger (Zingiber officinale) dry extract, Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil, Rosemary aerial parts (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride.

Directions for use
Take 2 tablets with plenty of water half an hour before main meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
