Softgel (animal gelatin; firming agent: glycerol), sunflower oil, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) titrated 0.1%, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, DL-alpha-tocopherol).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take only 1 capsule per day.
