100% organic hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.).

Directions for use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add one filter sachet and let it steep for 5-8 minutes; cover the container to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing.
Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a spoon. Use one sachet per cup. The resulting infusion can be drunk hot or cold, sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
