A food supplement containing chromium, iodine, pineapple stem, with plant extracts and fructo-oligosaccharides, a useful adjuvant in hypocaloric diets.
Chromium and iodine are involved in the metabolism of sugars and fats, respectively. The presence of inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides, in addition to cascara sagrada, tamarind and cassia, is useful for promoting intestinal well-being.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; inulin; cascara sagrada (Rhamnus frangula L., cortex) dry extract; senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl, folium) dry extract; maltodextrin; fructooligosaccharides; seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus L., thallus) dry extract titrated in iodine; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide, vegetable stearin; tamarind (Tamarindus indica L., fructus) dry extract; cassia (Cassia fistula L., fructus) dry extract; pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr., stipites) dry extract; star anise (Illicium verum Hook f., fructus) powder; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; colourants: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, chromium picolinate.

Directions for use
2 tablets a day after main meals, usually 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner, or, in the case of a more substantial meal, both tablets can be taken simultaneously.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be used as part of an adequate hypocaloric diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Kilocal contains extracts of Senna, Cassia fistula, Tamarind, Cascara sagrada, so its use is recommended when intestinal transit also needs to be promoted.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
