How to use:
A few drops (2-3) are sufficient for fumigation and foot baths; dilute 10 drops of product in 100ml of oil or base cream for anti-rheumatic and toning massages; rub your hands with 5-6 drops of product for post-epilation. For hair: useful in preventive stimulating treatment against hair loss and as an anti-dandruff agent. Distribute 6-7 drops on dry hair, once or twice a day as needed. For the face: after shaving, pour a few drops of product onto your hands and massage your entire face. This will provide a pleasant refreshing and emollient effect that will counteract wrinkle formation. For sports: after sporting activity, work-related strain, muscle tears, etc., massage the affected area with a few drops for at least two/three minutes. For the mouth: as a mouth freshener or against bad breath, pour three/four drops into a glass of water and rinse until the desired effect is achieved. For feet: massaging a few drops onto feet, ankles, and calves will provide a pleasant sensation of freshness and renewed desire to move. For a balsamic action: use in small doses in environmental diffusers, humidifiers, and radiator trays to purify the air. In summer, when nebulized in the environment, it provides a pleasant sensation of woodland freshness, also helping to repel mosquitoes and annoying insects.
