Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 chewable tablets, as needed, before consuming lactose-containing foods.
The amount to be taken depends on the type of diet.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 4,500 FCC with each meal containing lactose.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Lactose tolerance varies, and it is advisable to seek advice regarding the role of this substance in one's diet.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
