Food supplement of live lactic ferments enriched with zinc and B vitamins.
Lactic ferments promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. This integration is important when the flora is deficient, following antibiotic use or dietary disorders that weaken it.
Zinc contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Gastro-resistant capsules dissolve in the intestine and protect ferments during gastric transit.

Directions for use
Two gastro-resistant capsules daily, preferably away from meals. Take the capsule with a glass of water.
In case of simultaneous administration of antibiotic therapies, it is recommended to take Lacto 5 a few hours apart from the medication.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
