The active ingredient of Laevolac Stick is lactulose, a sugar that is poorly absorbed and not metabolized.

Directions for use
To promote intestinal transit: 1 sachet per day (equivalent to 10 g of lactulose) preferably in the morning or in the evening before bedtime.
