Laila is a traditional herbal medicinal product indicated for the relief of mild anxiety symptoms and to promote sleep.
The use of this traditional herbal medicinal product for the stated therapeutic indications is based exclusively on long-standing experience of use.
What you need to know before taking the medicine
Do not take Laila:
- if you are allergic to lavender essential oil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
Warnings and precautions
If symptoms worsen during use of the product, consult a doctor or a qualified healthcare professional.
Use in patients with impaired liver function is not recommended as the components of lavender essential oil are largely eliminated by liver metabolism.
Children and adolescents
Laila should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is insufficient data on the use of this medicine in this age group.
Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Frequency not known (cannot be estimated from the available data):
- mild gastrointestinal discomfort (e.g. belching);
- hypersensitivity reactions.
