How to use
For use with Microlet lancing devices.
Refer to the instructions provided with the lancing device for fingertip blood glucose testing and for additional safety and performance information.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. This package contains small components that could accidentally be ingested and cause choking.
The lancet remains sterile until the protective cap is removed. Do not use the lancet if it is damaged or has been unintentionally opened.
Always dispose of as medical waste.
If a serious incident occurs as a result of using this device or consequently its use, please report it to the manufacturer and/or its authorized representative and to the competent national authority.

Storage
Store at a temperature from 0 °C to 40 °C.
