Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lactoferrin (derived from milk, contains lactose), capsule in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule twice a day, to be swallowed with a little water, preferably between meals.
