Indications
A food supplement useful for promoting physiological intestinal transit.

Features
Based on flaxseed oil (naturally rich in omega-3), bamboo fiber (with a high insoluble fraction), FOS (fructooligosaccharides), and arabinogalactans (prebiotic soluble fiber).
Contains lactose.

Properties
- Arabinogalactans: soluble fiber that is not absorbed in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine where it is completely digested by lactobacilli. These are prebiotic substances capable of promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, while at the same time reducing potentially harmful bacteria, such as enterobacteria.
- FOS (fructooligosaccharides): cause a reduction in fecal pH, blood cholesterol, and triglycerides. They reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids by normalizing the glycemic index and lipid levels through a decrease in hepatic lithogenesis. Useful as rebalancers, for regulating intestinal transit, and as protectors, for reducing the risk of colon cancer.
- Bamboo fiber: dietary fiber with a high cellulose content. It binds and retains a large amount of water, resulting in an increase in stool weight, an increase in intestinal transit speed, and intraluminal colon pressure. It decreases the absorption of fats and bile salts, which remain trapped in the fibrous network, as well as the absorption of carcinogenic substances, offering an advantage in diverticular disease and ulcerative colitis.
- Flax seeds: with a high content of mucilage; a useful adjuvant in the prevention of constipation.
