Description
Food supplement. Ashwagandha is a tonic-adaptogen, useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue. It contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Lavender contributes to relaxation (sleep, in case of stress) and normal mood.

Ingredients
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] root dry extract titrated at 2.5% withanolides; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark dry extract titrated at 50% honokiol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lavender (Lavandula heterophylla Viv.) essential oil.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take up to a maximum of three tablets per day.
