DAY capsule: Trigonella seed d.e. (60% saponins) (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), olive leaf d.e. (20% hydroxytyrosol) (Olea europaea L.), damiana leaf d.e. (Turnera di usa Wild. ex Schult.), Tribulus fruit d.e. NIGHT capsule: hop inflorescence d.e. (0.03% 8-Prenylnaringenin) (Humulus lupulus L.), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colorant: concentrated purple carrot juice), Trigonella seed d.e. (60% saponins) (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), zinc gluconate, olive leaf d.e. (20% hydroxytyrosol) (Olea europaea L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids of vegetable origin; Cimicifuga racemosa root d.e. (2.5% triterpene glycosides) (Cimicifuga racemosa L. Nutt.); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Directions for use
Take 1 DAY capsule in the morning, after breakfast, and 1 NIGHT capsule in the evening, preferably shortly before going to bed.
