Ingredients
Guggul paste (Commiphora mukul Hook.) resin; powder of: Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herb, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fruit, Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fruit, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fruit, Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris L.) fruit, Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fruit, Black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome; stabilizers: starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume) bark powder; stabilizer: arabic gum; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum White et Mason.) seed powder.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet twice a day before main meals.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
