CHAMOMILE

Indications
Infusion characterized by the presence of yellow tubular flowers and white ray flowers.

Dosage and Method of Use
1-2 infusions per day. One filter is sufficient to prepare a cup of infusion (approximately 100 ml). Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and steep for 5-7 minutes, making sure to keep the container covered to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing. For sweetening, honey is recommended.

Properties
The yellow tubular flowers are rich in essential oil and chamazulene.
The white ray flowers are rich in apigenin-like flavonoids.

Sifted chamomile (yellow tubular flowers); white ray flowers of chamomile.
