Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, cystine, inositol, vitamin E and C, zinc, selenium and folic acid from Qatrefolic. Vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, zinc and folic acid contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acacia gum; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), L-cystine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), inositol, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; yellow film coating (coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol; colour: iron oxides and hydroxides), L-selenomethionine, folic acid {Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt]}.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycaemia.
