Ingredients
Tribasic potassium citrate, magnesium citrate.
Nutritional characteristics
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, unless otherwise medically advised.
LITHOS should preferably be taken on a full stomach, with a little water.
For different indications (prevention of kidney stones), follow medical prescription.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
LITHOS is contraindicated in patients suffering from hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
Concurrent use of LITHOS and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) could lead to hyperkalemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor blood potassium levels.
No interactions with other drugs are known.
Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal heaviness, nausea, and occasionally diarrhea may develop. The tablet formulation may be particularly indicated in these subjects.
Storage

Format
Pack of 100 tablets, 1.28 g each.
