Griffonia is a woody plant widespread in the humid tropical areas of Africa, belonging to the legume family. The interest in griffonia seeds is mainly due to the presence of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a natural amino acid that is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin.
Griffonia promotes normal mood, hunger control, relaxation (sleep), and mental well-being.

Griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] dry extract, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Vegetable capsule made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Directions for use
