Description
Dietary supplement of high biological value proteins useful in situations of reduced protein intake from the diet or increased need. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and support bone health. Absolute WHEY, in addition to containing highly assimilable and soluble whey proteins, contains L-glutamine, an important amino acid for protein metabolism.

Directions for use
Dissolve two scoops (approx. 25 g) of powder daily in half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The total protein intake (diet plus supplement) should not exceed 1.5 g/day/kg body weight. In case of prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy, and for children under 12 years of age.
