Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, teeth, gums, cartilage, bones, and blood vessels, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the efficient function of the nervous system, immune system, psychological function, and energy metabolism; it also increases iron absorption and helps regenerate the reduced form of vitamin E.

Ingredients
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, L-ascorbyl 6-palmitate, and calcium L-ascorbate) with sustained-release microspheres, total citrus bioflavonoid complex, anti-caking agent (stearic acid), broken-cell Chlorella pyrenoidosa microalgae, rutin, thickener (xanthan gum), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), hesperidin (from Citrus sinensis L.) total complex, quercetin, Rosehip L. false fruit d.e. 4:1, glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), firming agent (glycerol).

Does not contain gluten.
