Ingredients
Gymnema leaf (Gymnema sylvestre R. Br.) hydroalcoholic dry extract tit. 25% gymnemic acids, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Plant-based capsule in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
Take one or two capsules daily with water before meals.
