Ingredients
Garcinia fruit extract, L-carnitine tartrate, bulking agents (dibasic calcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silicon dioxide), thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), chromium picolinate, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), firming agent (glycerol).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
1 tablet twice a day with water one hour before each meal.
