Description
Magnesium food supplement.
Vitamin B6 promotes the regulation of hormonal activity and, together with magnesium, contributes to psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Feverfew is useful for counteracting menstrual cycle disorders as well as localized tension. Calcium and vitamin D3 contribute to maintaining healthy bones.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, stabilizer (sorbitol), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium carbonate, Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip. flowering tops, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate, bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium succinate, pyridoxine HCl, cholecalciferol, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose).

Directions for use
One tablet twice a day with water during meals.

Warnings
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not take during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or under 12 years of age.
