Magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc, and manganese help maintain healthy bones. In addition, vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of physiological blood calcium levels, while zinc supports acid-base metabolism.

Magnesium oxide, stabilizer (sorbitol), thickener (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium succinate, manganese gluconate, zinc oxide, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7 K2VITAL, coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, calcium carbonate, and talc).

Directions for use
One tablet daily with water during meals.

Warnings
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Due to the presence of manganese, avoid use in case of liver disease. If you are taking anticoagulant medications, consult your doctor before taking the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
