Description
Magnesium food supplement.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, lemon balm promotes a normal mood and, together with passionflower, promotes relaxation. Finally, melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (1 mg intake).
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, Passiflora incarnata L. flower, stabilizer (sorbitol), thickener (microcrystalline cellulose), Melissa officinalis L. leaf, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium succinate, melatonin, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
One tablet twice a day with water during meals.

Warnings
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Due to the presence of melanin, in case of any pathology or while taking any medication, consult your doctor before using the product. Do not take with alcoholic beverages, while driving vehicles or machinery, or if under 18 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place (<25 °C).
