Description
Magnesium food supplement.
Magnesium, vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin support energy metabolism. In addition, magnesium, vitamins B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and folic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to muscle function.

Ingredients
Potassium citrate, magnesium oxide, thickener (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (sorbitol), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, niacin, nicotinamide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate and talc), colour (riboflavin).

Directions for use
One tablet daily with water during meals.
