Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp., root) dry extract titrated to 1.5% Betaecdysone, bulking agent: calcium carbonate, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, micronized silica.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times a day, before meals.
