Description
Food supplement with highly absorbable magnesium citrate, one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle contraction, reducing cramps, and supporting the cardiovascular system. It promotes the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, which makes it essential especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for post-menopausal women. It is also beneficial during the menstrual cycle and in premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Ingredients
Magnesium Citrate, Bulking agent: Maltodextrin; Anti-caking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: Vegetable stearic acid, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate; Humectant: Glycerine; Stabilizer: Croscarmellose sodium.

No added salt, sugar, artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings.
Free from Yeast, Soy, Gluten, Wheat and Dairy derivatives (lactose).

Directions for use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
