Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the main regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for energy utilization and is necessary for muscle function (including the heart), as well as for nervous system function. Bound to oxiproline - the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability - it therefore has very high assimilability. Oxiproline itself, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula due to its antioxidant action as a precursor to Glutathione and as support for tissue reconstruction by entering collagen metabolism.
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unmotivated physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration.

Ingredients
Magnesium L-pidolate, microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
Swallow 4 tablets daily with water, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. There are no contraindications to taking the product between meals. The particular composition also allows for no alteration of the product's bioavailability even when taken with food.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
