Description
Food supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, a source of magnesium in organic chelated form with high bioavailability, where magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with coadjuvant vitamin B6 and selenium. Magnesium is involved in cell division processes and promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. With vitamin B6, it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism and helps counteract tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, it maintains bone and teeth health, while selenium contributes to maintaining healthy hair and nails and promotes cell protection from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 3 tablets once or twice a day at any time (3 to 6 tablets a day); the daily dose can be taken all at once (6 tablets). Also good before bed. Close carefully after use.
