Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium carbonate; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid (Quatrefolic).

Directions for use
We recommend taking 2 capsules daily, to be swallowed with a little water, away from meals.
