Description
Food supplement.
It is indicated in all states of magnesium and potassium deficiency due to low dietary intake, intense physical activity, increased need. Magnesium is delivered by 5 salts: pidolate, citrate, gluconate, lactate and carbonate; potassium by 3 salts: citrate, gluconate and chloride.

Ingredients
Sweetener: erythritol; potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, flavor, magnesium gluconate, magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate; colorant: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free, lactose-free and aspartame-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet daily after main meals. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir and drink immediately. You can dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500 ml water bottle and consume over 2-3 hours.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses for daily intake. In case of prolonged use or in subjects with kidney failure, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Store at room temperature, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, direct sunlight and contact with water.
