Description
Food supplement based on magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It is also useful for normal muscle and psychological function, normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Magnesium carbonate; acidifier: citric acid.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 teaspoons daily (equal to 2.4 g or 4.8 g), dissolved in a glass of hot or warm water (100-200 ml).
The presence of any powder clumps inside the jar does not affect the quality of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store the product in a cool and dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from heat and humidity.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
