Magnesio Supremo is a food supplement that provides highly soluble organic magnesium citrate with a high absorption rate.
It contributes to:

How to use
Adults: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Adolescents 11-14 years: one teaspoon or one sachet once a day.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon or half a sachet once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one sachet in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
Wait until the solution is clear.
It can be taken at any time of day or during periods of increased tiredness.
To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
If a laxative effect occurs, reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take with meals and reduce the quantity. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and odour between batches are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
