Magnesio Supremo Lemon is a food supplement that provides magnesium citrate in an organic, highly soluble form with a high absorption rate.
It contributes to:

Directions for use
Adults: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon once a day.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon once a day.

It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
It will be necessary to wait for the solution to become transparent.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of increased tiredness. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce the dosage to half a teaspoon per day, taken in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated amount.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 24 months.
