Magnesio Supremo Regularity Intestinal, a food supplement with sweetener, is an innovative formulation designed for complete intestinal well-being thanks to 4 actions:

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, partially hydrolysed guar fibre [Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.], psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.) (may contain traces of mustard and sesame and their derived products), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruit) dry extract titrated to 0.5% in essential oil, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; natural flavour, spirulina powder [concentrate of Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, stabiliser: trisodium citrate].

How to use
Adults: a dosage of 2 teaspoons per day is recommended in a large cup or glass (large enough to contain the initial effervescence) with approximately 200 ml of water at room temperature. If needed, a third teaspoon can be taken at another time of day.
It is preferable to use lukewarm water.
It is suggested not to use hot or carbonated water.
You will need to wait for the solution to become clear.
Stir until the effervescence subsides, which indicates the ideal moment for consumption. The formation of gelatinous agglomerates and particles in solution is due to the presence of natural fibres.
Thanks to the presence of plant extracts, the solution will have a slight and natural green colour.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated amount.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
