A dietary supplement containing creatine, amino acids (glutamine and taurine), carnitine, vitamins (C, B1, B2, B6) and zinc, useful in cases of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; L-glutamine; taurine; L-carnitine fumarate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, ethylcellulose); flavor (corn dextrose, corn maltodextrin, flavorings, E414, E320); zinc citrate; potato maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: acesulfame K; aspartame; pyridoxine hydrochloride; thiamine hydrochloride; riboflavin.

How to use
Pour the content of 1 sachet into a glass of water and mix until the product is completely dispersed. It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.

Warnings
The product contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. It is necessary to consult a doctor in case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks). Do not take the product in case of liver or kidney diseases. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet.

Storage
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
