Food supplement based on milk thistle (Silymarin), fenugreek, nettle, and vitamin D3.
Milk thistle is a plant rich in silymarin. Its components also include a mixture of different flavonoids; linoleic and oleic acid; tocopherols (vitamin E). Milk thistle has a purifying action on the body and acts on liver function. It also has antioxidant activity. Fenugreek (Trigonella) is a plant rich in B vitamins and essential amino acids and acts on the metabolism of carbohydrates, triglycerides, and cholesterol. Nettle is a plant that provides several active ingredients: B vitamins (B2, B5, and folic acid), vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and many minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc, and copper).

Ingredients
Fructose; flavouring, milk thistle (Silybum marianum Gaertn.) fruit dry extract titrated to min 80% in silymarin; acidity regulator: citric acid; fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed dry extract, nettle (Urtica dioica L.) root dry extract; anti-caking agent: colloidal silica; cholecalciferol.

Gluten-free, preservative-free, saccharin-free, and aspartame-free.

Directions for use
2 sachets daily. Pour the contents of the sachet into a dry glass, then add water or other non-carbonated beverages and stir. It is advisable to take Mammavit PL between meals (about an hour before or after).
