Description
Indicated in all states of magnesium and potassium deficiency due to insufficient dietary intake, intense physical activity, or increased need.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium can help regulate the normal functioning of the nervous system and prevent blood pressure fluctuations.

Ingredients
Potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets after main meals with a little water, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with kidney failure, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
