How to use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (2.4 g) of the product in hot water.
Before consuming, wait for the effervescence to subside and the solution to become clear. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons daily.

Warnings
If you are undergoing therapy with tetracycline or quinolone-based drugs, take the product two hours before or five hours after taking the drugs. Avoid combining with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency or in case of parathyroid gland tumours, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
