How to use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (2.4 g) of the product in hot water. Before consuming, wait for the effervescence to stop and the solution to be clear. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons daily.

Warnings
If you are undergoing therapy with tetracycline or quinolone-based drugs, take the product two hours before or five hours after taking the medication. Avoid combining with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency or parathyroid gland tumors, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
