Description
Food supplement containing a selected blend of substances including creatine, arginine and carnitine. Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 contributes to supporting energy metabolism and helps normal psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Creatine monohydrate, sucrose, maltodextrins, arginine aspartate, magnesium citrate, acidifier: citric acid; potassium citrate, flavouring, carnitine tartrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: aspartame, sodium saccharin; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous gluconate, L-glutathione, vitamin E (D,L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), astaxanthin; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); vitamin B9 (folic acid); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
1-2 sachets per day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (approx. 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor.
The product is intended for adults only and is contraindicated during pregnancy and in cases of kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store at room temperature. Avoid exposure to localised heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
