Description
A food supplement formulated with a targeted combination of nutrients, including creatine, carnosine, and carnitine. Vitamin B6 promotes protein and glycogen metabolism, while folate contributes to normal psychological function. Vitamin C helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E, thanks to its antioxidant action, protects cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.

Creatine monohydrate; bulking agent: sorbitol, sucrose; L-carnitine, L-tartrate; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-carnosine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folate), flavor, maltodextrin; sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, to be dissolved in the mouth or chewed.
