Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps support energy metabolism, and aids normal psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Directions for use
1-2 sachets per day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only.
Do not use during pregnancy or in cases of kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive use may cause laxative effects.
