Hot: suitable for musculoskeletal conditions (rheumatism), osteoarthritis (cervical), lumbago.
Soft even when frozen, to better adapt to joint areas.

How to use
- Cold therapy: place in the freezer for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. Remove, place the pouch in a cloth, and apply to the affected area.
- Hot therapy: In a suitably sized pot, heat water until boiling; turn off the heat and immerse the pad for 5 minutes. Carefully remove with tongs or another suitable tool, dry with a cloth, insert into the appropriate pouch found in the package and wrap the pad in a towel before applying it to the area to be treated, to avoid burns. Alternatively, place the pad in the microwave for no more than 1 minute at 700/800 Watts. Remove and wrap the pad in a towel or in the appropriate pouch before applying it to the area to be treated to avoid burns.
