Instructions for use
Cold therapy: store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, insert the device into the special non-woven fabric pouch or wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the affected area. After 20/30 minutes, the gel returns to room temperature.
Hot therapy: in a suitable-sized pot, heat water to boiling point; turn off the heat and immerse the pad for 5 minutes. Carefully remove with tongs or another suitable tool, dry with a cloth, insert into the special pouch found in the package and wrap the pad in a towel before applying it to the affected area, to avoid burns. Alternatively, place the pad in the microwave for no more than 1 minute at 700/800 Watts. Remove and wrap the pad in a towel or the special pouch before applying it to the affected area to avoid burns.

Warnings
Do not apply the product too close to the skin, or for too long, to avoid causing cold burns. Avoid spraying in eyes, on wounds, abrasions, excoriations and mucous membranes. For external use.
