Description
Dietary supplement based on melatonin, L-tryptophan and L-glycine. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, a precursor to melatonin.

Ingredients
Demineralized water, L-tryptophan, L-glycine; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin, thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Instructions for use
1 ml per day, 30 minutes before bedtime, directly in the mouth or diluted in drinks or food. Shake well before use.
